Hi, I’m Jennifer, the heart behind Fearless Heart Birth.
I’m a doula, educator, and community-rooted support person dedicated to walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with compassion, clarity, and calm presence. I believe deeply that every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and respected during one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives.
My Philosophy
Birth is not one-size-fits-all.
Every family brings their own experiences, values, hopes, and fears into pregnancy and birth. My role is not to direct, pressure, or define your experience — it’s to support your autonomy, offer evidence-based information, and create space for you to make confident, informed decisions that feel right for you.
I believe support should feel:

My Journey Into Birth Work
My path into this work grew from a deep understanding of how powerful it is to feel truly supported during vulnerable moments.
Like many people, my journey hasn’t been linear. Through personal experiences, education, and listening closely to families, I’ve seen how fear can take hold when people feel uninformed or alone — and how confidence grows when someone feels heard, respected, and supported without judgment.
Fearless Heart Birth was created from a desire to offer families something essential:
steady support, honest information, and a calm presence when it’s needed most.
This work is about more than birth itself — it’s about care, trust, and connection.
Rooted in Auburn, California
I grew up in Auburn, CA, and this community has always been home. Being raised here shaped my values — connection, resilience, and showing up for one another in meaningful ways. The foothills, the slower pace, and the close-knit nature of this area deeply influence how I approach support and community care.
Serving families in Auburn and the surrounding Placer County communities isn’t just my work — it’s personal. Supporting families where I was raised feels like a full-circle moment, and it’s an honor to give back to the community that shaped me.
