Why I Became a Doula
Becoming a doula is a calling that blends my passion for helping others, my deep love for birth, and my belief that every family deserves a positive, empowered, and supported birth experience. Through my own experiences and training, I have discovered how powerful it is to offer compassionate, personalized care that helps families navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with confidence and grace.
My Approach
I believe in a holistic, client-centered approach. My role as your doula is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support that empowers you to make informed decisions. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or birth center experience, my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
I also offer birth photography to capture the beautiful and raw moments of your birth. These images tell the story of your labor and birth, allowing you to relive the experience and treasure the memories for years to come.
What I Offer:
Prenatal Support: Personalized guidance through pregnancy, from developing your birth plan to addressing your concerns and preparing for the big day.
Continuous Labor Support: I’ll be by your side throughout labor, providing hands-on techniques, comfort measures, and emotional encouragement to help you stay focused and empowered.
Postpartum Care: After your baby arrives, I offer postpartum doula services to help you adjust to your new role, provide newborn care support, and guide you through your breastfeeding journey.
Holistic Services: From placenta encapsulation to emotional support, I provide services that nurture your body and spirit during the postpartum period.

My training is rooted in evidence-based practices and a strong foundation in holistic care, but above all, I am passionate about supporting families in a way that feels authentic and aligned with their desires and values.
